She was a co-editor of The Penguin Book of Contemporary New Zealand Poetry, Nga Kupu Titohu o Aotearoa in 1989. Ranui Ngarimu (Ngati Mutunga, Ngai Tahu) is a weaver using traditional Maori technology. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. She is the current Chairperson of Te Roopu Raranga Whatu o Aotearoa, the National Maori Weavers Collective of New Zealand. |
