Nicola Lathey is a speech and language therapist, and founder of the Owl Centre, a private clinic for children in the UK. Nicola is a member of the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice, the Royal Collage of Speech and Language Therapists and the Health Professional Council. She lives with her family in Oxford. Tracey Blake is an experienced journalist and editor. Since 2005, Tracey has worked for the Daily Mail, and she lives with her family in Buckinghamshire. Ailie Busby's much-loved artwork has been published in many countries, including the UK, Italy, France, Korea and the USA, and by many publishers including Random House, Bloomsbury, Egmont, Scholastic and Orion. Ailie studied Graphic Design at Nene College in Northampton, and specialised in Illustration at Cambridge School of Art. Influenced by pattern,1950s and 60s children's books, vintage finds and her own children, Ailie uses acrylic and a mixture of papers and pencil to create her lovable characters and scenes. Ailie lives with her family in Newcastle, England.
