"All serious chocoholics should own a copy" Scotsman "Easy to make and even easier to eat... A useful addition to any baker's tool chest" Sunday Business Post "As you flick through the pages of Molly Bakes' latest, don't be alarmed if you start salivating. The recipes are tremendous... Molly Bakes began her baking career in 2009 when she lost her job in the recession. Because she is not a formally trained baker, she is brilliant at taking the mystery out of seemily specialist areas of baking. Her first book Cake Pops, published in 2011, was a hit. Her bakes can be found everywhere from her Brick Lane stall to Selfridges and her fans have included Vogue and Lady Gaga.
